Phill W. Hill is a New York and Connecticut based playwright, production manager, and lighting designer with over 15 years of professional experience in the Northeast. 

His anthology of over 25 Theatre for Young Audience shows and his new multi-media performance series, Decades in Concert, has garnered praise from audiences and criticals alike.

In addition to writing, Phill is an experienced Production Manager, Producer, and lighting designer who has been instrumental in bringing to life dozens of productions of all different shapes and sizes.
