Phill W. Hill is a New York and Connecticut based playwright, production manager, and lighting designer with over 15 years of professional experience in the Northeast. 

Phill began writing shows for children and families with 2014's Robin Hood and has since amassed more than 25 titles.  His writing style marked by a love of storytelling that is equally appealing to children and adults alike. Inspired in part by British Panto, Phill has a love for creating big broad characters and over-the-top, unexpected situations that have consistently captivated and entertained audiences and critics alike.

Additionally, Phill is the creator of the Decades in Concert Series, a three-show original concert revue series tells the story of 30 years worth of history and culture through the pairing of the biggest hit songs of the 60s, 70s, and 80s with historic visual media in a high-energy, multi-sensory theatre experience.
