Phill's management experience began at Elon University where he earned a degree in 2005. Over the course of more than 20 years since, he has garnered experience in a multitude of live entertainment genres including plays, musicals, and concerts among others. As a stage manager, Phill has worked with artists ranging in experience from community theatre to Tony nominees.

While Phill is no longer actively in the stage management network, he is more than happy to step back into the role whenever necessary.
