Coinciding with the launch of the original Decades in Concert brand as well as his role as the theatre for young audiences resident playwright, in 2014 Phill applied his management background and leadership skills to become a Producer at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre.While he continued his production management duties by overseeing all aspects of each production, he would now additionally take on more of leadership position within the organization as a whole.
